The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Solventum is seeking for a Key Account Manager – Strategic Customers, Dental Solutions, to lead and grow our most critical partnerships with Dental Key Customers across the Benelux Countries.
This is a senior high-impact role focused on executive engagement, long-term value creation, and strategic account growth.
As a Key Account Executive/Manager, you will own, shape and develop relationships with key decision-makers to become a strategic partner.
You will be responsible for development and execution of the strategic account plans aligned with the customer strategy aiming to increase share of wallet with the full Dental Solutions Portfolio.
Account Executive/Manager builds value of the mid- and long-term project hopper with the account and accelerates its commercialization with cross-functional team.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategic account plans for dental key accounts across the Benelux to grow Solventum share of wallet
- Build and own trusted relationships with C‑suite stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CMO, Procurement Directors etc.) and with key influencers inside the organization
- Lead high‑level commercial discussions and negotiations, including framework agreements and strategic partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities for the full dental portfolio penetration aligned with customers strategy and clinical, operational, and digital transformation priorities
- Engage and influence Solventum and channel partner sales teams to drive coordinated promotion of dental solutions with dentists and key opinion leaders on the individual clinics level
- Act as the strategic interface between Solventum, channel partner, and key accounts, ensuring aligned go‑to‑market execution
- Represent Solventum as a senior partner capable of operating effectively within complex, multi‑stakeholder decision environments in healthcare market
Your Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor level university/college degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred
- Fluency in Englisch, Dutch and French
- fundamental proven experience a key account role and in-depth years of experience in the healthcare and/or dental market, experience in dental digital workstreams is a plus
- Track record of delivering complex, high‑value strategic projects across public and private healthcare sectors in the Benelux
- In‑depth understanding of the Benelux healthcare or dental market, including provider ecosystems, public and private healthcare systems
- Proven understanding of decision‑making patterns and governance models within healthcare organizations
- Strong track record of engagement with C‑suite including clinical, financial, procurement, and other executive stakeholders
- Vast experience collaborating effectively with cross functional-international teams within global organizations is a plus
- Highly strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into long‑term partnerships
- Executive presence, strong influencing skills, and exceptional communication capabilities
Reporting line: Country Sales Leader, Benelux Countries
Area of Responsibility: Benelux
Work location: Hybrid or Remote within Belgium or the Netherlands
Travel: up to 60% domestic
