This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and delivering commercial excellence across a defined geographical territory. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of key accounts, managing the full sales cycle from new business development to account expansion, while also leading account-level marketing initiatives and customer education across the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and deep expertise in the medical aesthetics / injectables market. You will engage directly with clinic owners, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to maximize customer value, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic/practice owners and qualified healthcare professionals. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and account growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clinic owners, KOLs, procurement leads, and senior decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities within existing and target accounts to drive portfolio expansion. Lead account-level marketing planning and local activation initiatives aligned with wider company marketing strategies. Organize and support promotional activities, workshops, events, and educational programs to enhance product adoption and brand visibility. Deliver clinician training and product workshops on the proper use of Sinclair products both within and outside the assigned territory. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to shape commercial and marketing strategies. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to maximize profitability. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates to ensure effective business planning. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting practice development initiatives including patient acquisition, retention, organic and paid marketing, PR activities, and front-desk conversion optimization. Represent Sinclair at medical exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, strengthening brand presence within the aesthetics community. Required Qualifications & Experience Essential 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within Medical Aesthetics / Injectables. Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong experience in maintaining and growing strategic business relationships. Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial strategy within aesthetics. Experience with CRM systems, account planning, and consultative selling approaches. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business outcomes. Preferred Understanding of P&L fundamentals. Experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management. Established network and strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics market in Spain. Previous experience supporting product launches, training, or educational activities within aesthetics.
