Job Description

We are expanding our team in South Eastern Europe, and we are now looking for a Key Account Manager SEE (KAM SEE), managing Solution partners in SEE countries, consisting of the following: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. This is a great opportunity to take accountability for an interesting role within our sales organization!

This position is currently home office-based in Zagreb, Croatia.

In Croatia we have established Axis Communications d.o.o. company 10 years ago and currently have a team of 3 people in Zagreb.

WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), it will be your job to head sales within a selected number of focused and developing accounts. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of business plans for these accounts, and it will be your job to set and continuously evaluate annual targets. You will handle these accounts daily acting as a professional interface between the Key accounts and Axis. You will be reporting to the Territory Sales Manager SEE. Other responsibilities include:

Inspire our partners

  • Understand the market and participate in trade shows, webinars and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team (Territory Sales Manager SEE, Distribution Account Manager, Inside Sales Account Manager, Sales Engineers and Marketing)  and other roles within your territory to support, inspire and educate Axis partners.
  • Provide the best solutions and ensure a good alignment with our partner ecosystem.

Thrive business

  • Develop clear business plans for the Solution partners
  • Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI's on these
  • Understand and evaluate new and existing projects and keep them up to date in Salesforce

Create value

  • Visiting your partners to maintain and develop the relationships
  • Collaborate with your partners to increase the Axis reach and presence within your territory
  • Visiting selected End-Users with the partners
  • Working on marketing activities together with the partners to attract new end-user opportunities
  • Work closely together with the system integrators; to develop the project pipeline and close projects

Travel within the territory, region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.

We’d love to hear that you have/are...

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security
  • High technical interest
  • Comfortable with solution selling preferable in the security industry
  • Experience of account management and developing accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent in Croatian & English languages, written and spoken
  • This is a senior role, hence we would love to see min 5 years of relevant experience

Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus. However, the greatest importance will be attached to your personality, attitude and mindset.
