More about the roleIn the dynamic world of sports, lighting does more than make things visible — it brings emotion, energy, and excellence to life. As our Key Account Manager for the Sports segment, you’ll lead the charge in both professional and recreational sports.
Professional Arenas: Strengthen and expand our partnerships with top sports arenas in the Netherlands. Create value beyond illumination — enhancing fan experience, hospitality, and entertainment through smart lighting innovations.
Recreational Sports: Accelerate the LED transformation in clubs across tennis, football, and hockey. Drive conversion of the sales pipeline and ensure every facility achieves sustainability and performance goals.
Market Development: Explore new frontiers in sports lighting — from Padel and Fitness to Indoor Sports. Identify growth opportunities, engage new customers, and bring Signify’s vision to emerging markets.
You’ll take full end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey — from influencing specifiers and collaborating with contractors to engaging end-users and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner within the sports ecosystem, working closely with CSI partners, installers, specifiers, and internal teams within Professional NL. Together, you’ll shape the next era of sustainable, connected sports environments.

Education: HBO / WO degree
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in B2B account management
You’re a native speaker Dutch and fluent in English
Market Expertise: Proven experience within the sports, infrastructure, or lighting segment
Strategic Thinker: Able to combine conceptual and analytical insights with a practical approach
