Du bist ein Vertriebsprofi mit Leidenschaft für innovative Produkte und möchtest in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir einen engagierten Key Account Manager (m/w/d), der unser Portfolio der Marken Dewalt, Stanley, Lenox und Facom im verantworteten Vertriebssegment weiter ausbaut.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die Umsatz- und Margenverantwortung für das gesamte Dewalt, Stanley, Lenox und Facom Portfolio in deinem Vertriebssegment.
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst strategische Händler und Potenzialhändler und baust nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf.
- Du entwickelst nationale und regionale Verkaufsstrategien und setzt diese gemeinsam mit der Verkaufsleitung erfolgreich um.
- Du konzipierst und implementierst innovative Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen.
- Du präsentierst unsere Produkte überzeugend und führst komplexe Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Du organisierst und begleitest händlerspezifische Produkt- und Markenschulungen.
Das bringst du mit:
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Sales oder Produktmanagement, insbesondere im Produktionsverbindungshandel, Elektrogroßhandel und Stanitärgroßhandel
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und der Entwicklung von Akquisitionsstrategien.
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen.
- Erfahrung in der Zielgruppenanalyse und technischen Produktauswahl.
- Strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Teamplayer-Mentalität, Zielorientierung und die Motivation, andere zu begeistern.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Präsentationserfahrung vor größeren Entscheidungsgruppen.
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen, deutschlandweiten Dienstreisen.
