  • Managing a team of Customer Advisors and a Key Account Specialist - focusing on competency development, motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Working closely with international and local teams to implement effective direct and indirect customer engagement models.
  • Creating and implementing selling stories, high-impact presentations, and tailored business solutions.
  • Analyzing the market to identify trends and new growth opportunities within the OOH sector.
  • Designing monitoring tools and evaluating activity effectiveness through KPIs, reports, and actionable recommendations.
  • Negotiating contracts and developing long-term business plans with key partners.
  • Initiating innovative solutions and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG sector or the OOH channel.

  • Strong analytical mindset - the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and long-term business thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A creative approach to developing sales concepts and marketing materials.
