Join us as our Key Account Manager Oncology for Canaries Island. In this role, you will help drive sustainable growth and improve patient impact across the oncology ecosystem. You will bring together scientific expertise, digital tools, data-informed decisions, and collaboration to support effective engagement and business performance. You will work with a diverse network of healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, regional decision-makers, scientific communities, and digital opinion leaders. Partnering across functions, you will help deliver clear, relevant value while adapting to changes in access, regional influence, and patient pathways.
For this role, the incumbent would ne to be based in Gran Canaria or Tenerife.
How You Will Contribute
Reporting to East Spain Sales Manager for Oncology, your work will contribute to a connected, patient-focused approach to oncology that supports strong account outcomes and responsible business practices. You will be entitled to:
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans using real-world data, digital insights, and ecosystem mapping to guide engagement.
- Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals through relevant, value-based conversations within approved indications.
- Translate oncology data into clear stories tailored to the needs of different stakeholders and developed in alignment with medical teams.
- Use digital and data tools to guide decisions on customer engagement, account priorities, opportunities, and risks.
- Create hybrid and digital engagement approaches with colleagues across digital, data, technology, and marketing teams.
- Identify and share effective pilots and practices that can support broader digital adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate across functions and influence through partnership to align priorities and contribute to shared initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in oncology, ideally in colorectal or pulmonary cancer.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape, including regional healthcare dynamics and decision-making processes.
- Strategic account-management capabilities and experience developing and executing account plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, pharmacy, market access, and medical teams.

Base Salary Range:
€61,400.00 - €84,370.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
