About The Role
As Key Account Manager, you will drive growth across a key retail partner by delivering revenue, profit and market share targets. You’ll develop and execute commercial plans aligned to business strategy, leveraging insights and data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk and influence outcomes.
You will lead account strategy, manage forecasting to meet demand, and partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across stores. Building trusted relationships internally and externally will be critical to maximising performance and delivering ongoing success.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow relationships with key retail customers, driving sales and performance.
Develop and deliver clear sales and marketing plans aligned to business strategy.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, category, supply and sales) to execute plans effectively in-store.
Use data and market insights to identify opportunities, manage risks and stay ahead of competitors.
Communicate regularly with sales teams to ensure strong execution at store level.
Lead customer meetings, reviewing performance, forecasts and promotional activity.
Manage key account administration including pricing, rebates, forecasts and business cases.
Proactively monitor performance and identify opportunities using sales, inventory and market data.

Your background is within Consumer Electronics, Retail or other ‘product’ related company

Experienced in managing weekly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment between supply and demand
Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills to support analysis and execution
Power Bi and SAP experience advantageous
