What you will do
- Growing and developing existing clients through account specific growth strategies
- Building strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high value to customers with an objective to have loyal and long lasting customers.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches to the C-Suite/Senior Executives & Group Purchasing Organizations
- Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts
- Driving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of services
- Champion and Own the Account on following aspects – Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges – Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions Approach
- This is not a hard sales position – Key Accounts Manager is expected to create value and position Stryker’s portfolio along that value only
- Communicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within Stryker and mobilize resources as needed
What you need
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externall
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
- Drive & assertiveness for results
- Ready to take responsibilities and can lead territory with minimal supervision.
- Minimum experience: 8 years; Maximum experience: 10 years
- Graduate with strong academic credentials with a Masters in Business Administration from a renowned B School
