Position: Key Account Manager – New Business Acquisition
What You’ll Do:
New Corporate Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to win new business (B2B Clients), identify growth opportunities, and bring in new accounts that align with our vision and goals.
Negotiation & Deal-Making: Take charge of contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Lyreco while establishing strong, long-lasting partnerships.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that not only drive revenue growth but also deepen relationships with key clients, anticipating and meeting their evolving needs.
Client Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring that we consistently exceed their expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, etc.) to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs and support business goals.
Stay Organized: Keep everything up-to-date in Salesforce for clear tracking and reporting.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven success as a Key Account Manager, with a strong focus on winning new business and executing strategic account plans in a B2B setting.
Sales Expertise: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently bringing in new clients.
Negotiation Skills: Expert-level contract negotiation skills, with experience securing favorable terms and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts, track sales activities, and monitor progress.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment while maintaining focus on key priorities.
Transportation: Must have a personal car and a valid driving license for client visits.
