Ihre Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von zugewiesenen Key Accounts und Branchen im Industriekundengeschäft

• Ausbau und Pflege von bestehenden sowie Aufbau von neuen Geschäftsbeziehungen auf allen entscheidungsrelevanten Ebenen für langfristige Partnerschaften

• Analyse von Markt, Kunden und Wettbewerbern sowie Potenzialen und Chancen

• Erarbeitung von technisch und kommerziell interessanten Angeboten im Team mit unseren Kundenprojektmanagern

• Präsentation, Verfolgung und Abschluss von Einzel- und Rahmenverträgen

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau o.ä.

• Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Komponenten für Maschinenbau, Antriebs-, Energie- und Bahntechnik oder Baumaschinen

• Erfahrung mit Systemgeschäft ist von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie freundliches und sicheres Auftreten

• Selbstständige, planvolle und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Durchsetzungskraft und Verhandlungsstärke

• Sichere Beherrschung von MS-Office- und SAP-Anwendungen

• Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas

• Gute verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of sales experience with components for mechanical engineering, drive systems, energy technology, railway technology, or construction machinery
  • Experience with systems business
  • Strong communication skills and confident, friendly presence
  • Independent, structured, and careful working style
  • Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP applications
  • Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to travel within Europe
