Purpose:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and develop long-term relationships with our most important clients. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans and commercial terms that align with the broader business goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position will focus on developing and overseeing the e-commerce channel to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.

You will be responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients through consistent communication and regular engagement to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the needs and goals of each key account.

  • E-commerce Strategy Development:Analyze e-commerce trends, customer behaviors and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and evaluate the performance of e-commerce initiatives through analytics tools and customer feedback to measure success and optimize future strategies.

  • Negotiation & Renewal: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable agreements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track account health metrics and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Opportunity and Threat Analysis: Analyze customer business opportunities and threats and design plans to capitalize on them to drive growth and mitigate risk. Identifies opportunities for field sales force to secure sales within each Key Account.

  • Sales forecasting: Create precise sales predictions for key accounts by examining historical data, industry trends, and customer insights to guide business strategies and optimize resource distribution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply team to align products/services with client needs.

  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account progress, forecasting, and sales performance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

 Experience Required                                                                                                                              
  • Education: MBA preferred

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Goods. Experience in a multicultural environment and strong track record of achievements.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Language: Very good command of English. Native (or strong) command of Arabic is an asset.

  • Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
