The Role

Propósito da posição

Dentro do departamento de Vendas Moderna, o Key Account Manager Júnior, terá como principal missão ser responsável direto de diversas contas da distribuição moderna, para além de apoiar a gestão de outras contas e dar suporte a todo o negócio da grande distribuição em Portugal.

Reportará diretamente ao Chefe de Vendas do canal moderno.

Principais tarefas

  • Gestão de diversas contas do canal moderno:
  • Ser especialista quanto ao funcionamento das contas atribuídas;
  • Atingir os objetivos definidos de vendas e rentabilidade;
  • Elaborar plano comercial por cada conta responsável, com definição de objetivos quantitativos, análise SWOT, plano de investimento e recursos necessários;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais regulares, quer de gamas permanentes, quer de atividades promocionais;
  • Promover ações de formação (quando necessário) para equipas de central de compras e/ou pessoal de ponto de venda das contas atribuídas;
  • Gerir e fazer o devido seguimento da relação entre as contas atribuídas e os diversos departamentos da empresa: vendas, marketing, business care, demand planning, crédito, assistência técnica, etc.
  • Gerir a rentabilidade e impacto nas vendas da atividade promocional: gestão de MAPP’s (rentabilidade promocional/coleções) e estimativa de vendas;
  • Definição e atualização regular da estimativa de vendas das contas atribuídas;
  • Gerir a negociação de contratos gerais de fornecimento, bem como contratos promocionais, junto com o Chefe de Vendas, das contas atribuídas;
  • Analisar de forma constante o mercado de ferramentas e o seu entorno no canal moderno, incluindo visitas regulares aos pontos de venda;
  • Realizar análises de vendas e rentabilidade de forma a acompanhar regularmente a performance das contas atribuídas;
  • Monitorizar as atividades da concorrência;
  • Utilização de todas as ferramentas informáticas disponíveis para desempenho da função e avaliação da atividade.
  • Apoio ao departamento canal moderno em Portugal:
  • Apoio a tarefas de back office: gestão estimativas, ficheiros de carregamento de preços em sistema, propostas comerciais, gestão de MAPP’s, etc.;
  • Apoio na gestão global do canal moderno, incluindo todas a tarefas referentes ao canal moderno ibérico (reuniões e sinergias com as contas com envolvimento ibérico, ou seja, presentes no mercado em Portugal e Espanha);

  • Gerir de forma operativa as diversas contas atribuídas e desenvolver o volume de negócios de modo a atingir os objetivos de vendas e rentabilidade;
  • Fortalecer as relações e a parceria comercial com todos os clientes;
  • Atualizar e ajustar a gestão das contas tendo em conta os objetivos definidos pela empresa (estratégia local e internacional) e o comportamento do mercado;
  • Apoio na gestão global do canal moderno;
  • Desenvolver e melhorar processos de gestão, aplicar novas ideias e melhores práticas no canal moderno;
  • Detetar riscos e criar oportunidades de negócio, quer em contas atribuídas quer na prospeção de novas contas.

Competências e Aptidões

  • Aptidões para negociar com grandes contas (experiência valorizável);
  • Aptidões ou conhecimento do mercado de ferramentas (valorizável);
  • Aptidões ou conhecimento do mercado da distribuição em Portugal;
  • Experiência em análise de dados de vendas, margens, rentabilidade – realização de relatórios;
  • Profissional apto para apresentação de soluções, empático, organizado, responsável e honesto;
  • Profissional proativo, criativo, com facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e excelentes capacidades de comunicação;
  • Capacidades de liderança e de trabalhar em equipa;
  • Disponibilidade para viajar;
  • Capacidade para gerir vários projetos em simultâneo.

Internas: Vendas – Business Care - Crédito – Demand Planning – Marketing – Assistência Técnica;

Externas: Clientes – Equipa SBD Internacional.  

Requisitos

Habilitações

  • Educação: Licenciatura em Gestão Comercial, Economia, Gestão de Empresas, Marketing ou áreas equivalentes;
  • Idiomas: Português (nativo) + Alto nível de Inglês + Espanhol (desejável);
  • IT: Excelente conhecimento de ferramentas informáticas [Office (Power BI valorizável), Internet, SAP (valorizável), etc.]

Conhecimento & Experiência

  • Experiência: 2 anos como Key Account Manager Júnior, Assistente de Vendas, Product Manager Júnior, etc. em empresa multinacional (valorizável).
