About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to strategically strengthen relationships with our major retail accounts(Offline channel), drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle key accounts and take ownership of account strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts
Improve connections with clients and boost sales through effective negotiation and active engagement
Analyze client challenges and provide new proposals and solutions
Coordinate with internal departments to drive projects and resolve issues
Manage sales progress, reporting, and performance analysis
Capture and analyze market and competitor insights to advise account strategies
Manage and supervise field sales representatives (rounders)
Requirements (Must-have):
6+ years of corporate sales experience, with a focus on managing meaningful accounts helpful
Strong client negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent coordination and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven key account management experience (must-have)
Industry knowledge and experience (consumer goods preferred; FMCG and high-end luxury excluded)
Native-level Japanese with business-level English proficiency
