What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential
- Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)
- Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situations
- Provide value-added consulting on cash flow management
- Collaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback
What you need to succeed:
- 4–5 years of experience in similar roles (KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success with a commercial focus)
- Degree in Economics or a related field
- Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech environments
