The Role
Manage and grow strategic SaaS accounts as primary client contact. Drive product adoption, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, referral programs, and monitor client health. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and inform product improvements.

 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as one point of contact and a trusted advisor on DFOS and related strategies
 Conduct regular business connects with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
 Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue.
 Design and implement referral program to drive references from existing accounts
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet the evolving needs of strategic accounts.
 Work with Key Clients to drive product adoption and utilization.
 Consistently monitor client health and proactively manage any risk of churn.
 Track and lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring favorable terms and high client retention.
 Track and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
 Gather and communicate client feedback and competition information to internal teams to influence product improvements and service enhancements.

Requirements
 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales leadership, or business development within the technology or SaaS industry.
 Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets
 In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based solutions, and subscription economics.
 Has experience working with Tech and Product teams
 Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required
