About the Role
- Be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with strategically important customers.
- Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and achieving assigned business objectives through effective account management and collaboration across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and drive account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications
Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Leadership Competence:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Relevant Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Sales experience at a Tier 1 supplier serving automotive or construction equipment OEMs or Machinery customers is a PLUS
- Experience managing key accounts is a plus, but not required.
