As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding key account goals for assigned products within the allocated geography through the achievement of related quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Drive business growth in the assigned territory by engaging key accounts, developing and executing account plans, ensuring tender listing and product availability, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on key account activities and bidding tender, performance, including status updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Assist KAM Lead for Market access tasks & coach for Key Account Executives to develop excellent account engagement skills aligned to KPI KAM and KAM model by utilizing hybrid coaching, including planning, creating, conducting, and completing coaching sessions
  • Utilize CRM system Scout and standard reports to maintain a correct and complete customer database, ensure high quality inputs, and maximize account engagement.
  • Adhere to all local regulations, industry standards, and company Code of Conduct, including interactions with healthcare professionals, compliance, and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager / handle other assignments as requested within given timeline.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • At least 3 years of solid sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with oncology products is strongly required.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute plans that deliver results, build strong rapport with key decision‑makers, and influence purchasing decisions.
