Your tasks

  • Spearhead the sales process for Gemius products and services in the German market:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Prospect, acquire, and manage a growing customer portfolioPrepare and negotiate compelling sales proposals.
  • Consistently report on sales activities, performance, and plan achievement

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Tailor Gemius solutions to meet specific customer needs and expectations

  • Champion the Gemius brand in the German market:

  • Craft and present persuasive sales presentations.
  • Represent Gemius at industry conferences and events.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the research, media, or digital industries.
  • Solid understanding of the German market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - we are looking for someone who is a relationship builder and can leverage those connections to drive business growth.
  • A passion for continuous learning and networking, demonstrated by active participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for tasks - knowing when to work independently and when to seek support.
  • Goal-driven approach with a knack for devising and implementing successful strategies to accomplish goals.
