Set up business strategy to achieve sales targets and expand current / new market opportunities / key Customers
Plan and manage sales activities towards Key customers/ Accounts
Support marketing activities between the company and the Region
Understands the market dynamics and can create and deploy strategic initiatives
Managing EUR 2-3 M Sales value
Lead infrastructure segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions
Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Infrastructure and Performance OEM segment
Key tasks:
Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue
Manages key accounts directly
Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments
Able to use CRM
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work
Structured and customer centric approach
Collaborates with infra sales head to develop sales strategies to improve market shares in all products lines
What Are We Looking For?
Education:
Graduate in Chemical or engineering is preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years working experiences in coating / similar business
Relevant B2B Sales Experience is preferred
Fluency in English and Korean both oral and written
MS Office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Driver’s license
