Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.
Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.

Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.
Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.
Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations.
