JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a customer specific strategy and business plan for ECOM, ICNOW and Auchan by creating strong cooperation with the Customer buying team.
- Responsible for the achievement of turnover and the P&L of his/her customers for the categories as well as for the implementation and the optimization of the category strategies within the customer.
- Work in close collaboration with Customer Marketing team and with ICNOW regional business lead for channel and customer plan.
- Develop and execute an optimal integrated promo plan
- Plan and execute conversion focused digital campaigns and on-site marketing plan in the eCommerce channel.
- Close the deal with the Customer by negotiating the trade terms, assortment, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL strategy on his/her categories
- Prepare detailed analyses on projects, digital campaigns, NPDs or on any sales data
- Monitor Customer performance by tracking business performance and market share for the given categories, collect market insights
- Monitor customer spending and keep investment as per agreed with the customer and as per the performance of the customer
- Strong liaison with internal business support from Marketing, CSP and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan
