Key Account Manager (Eastern Region, Ukraine)

Take ownership of customer portfolio or territory in Dnipro or Poltava, working with customers and healthcare professionals to improve commercial growth and patient care. As Key Account Manager (Eastern Region, Ukraine), you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.


What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare decision-makers, and clinical stakeholders, serving as the primary commercial contact and driving long-term partnership growth.

• Collaborate with distributors and customers to identify business opportunities, understand market trends and customer needs, and support the successful execution of commercial and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.

• Promote products and communicate their clinical and business value to customers and partners.

• Execute local commercial and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential.

• Develop and implement territory plans based on market analysis, customer insights, and business priorities.

• Assess market potential and contribute to forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making.


What you’ll bring:

• Build and maintain a positive and professional image of the company's products through the provision of high-quality scientific, clinical, and commercial information.

• Organize and participate in customer meetings, educational events, workshops, and industry conferences.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial role within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

• Experience working with hospital customers, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers.

• Experience with public procurement and tender processes is considered an advantage.

• Experience in territory management, business planning, and execution of commercial activities.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial role in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience working with hospital customers, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and territory management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
