Key Account Manager – E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager with a focus on e-commerce to manage and grow relationships with our strategic online partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce customers

• Identify business opportunities and propose strategies to grow online sales

• Coordinate internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth collaboration

• Analyze customer performance data and provide regular reporting

• Monitor e-commerce trends and recommend innovations

Experience you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within the e-commerce sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical thinking and results orientation

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, CRM)

• Fluent in Czech and English
