Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager Distributor Markets, you will focus on operational implementation of the strategy defined by Business Unit Heads and ensure execution of strategic directives by distributors, maintain effective communication with partners and internal teams within a given territory of Montenegro, Albania and territory of Kosovo.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Operational Execution of Strategy
- Ensures operational implementation of strategic plans and initiatives defined by Business Unit Heads.
- Translates strategic directions into concrete activities for distributor markets.
Distributor and Partner Management
- Maintains business relationships with distributors.
- Conducts performance reviews and identifies deviations.
Performance Monitoring and Business Analysis
- Monitors sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and delivery patterns.
- Prepares analyses and identifies risks and opportunities.
Opportunity Identification
- Identifies opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Tracks trends and competition.
Internal Coordination and Communication
- Ensures communication with BU Heads, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Medical.
- Provides updates on developments and challenges.
Tender and Pricing Support
- Supports tender processes.
- Follows implementation of pricing policies.
Contracting and Operational Processes
- Supports preparation and execution of agreements.
- Ensures order placement and payments follow contractual conditions.
 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of performance and profitability targets.
  • Effective execution of strategic directives.
  • Quality of business analysis and reports.
  • Timely risk identification.
  • Strong cooperation with distributors
  • Compliance with Sandoz procedures and Code of Ethics.
Essential Requirements:
  • Education: University degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharma industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business development and/or National Key Account management
  • Preferable experience in Montenegro, Albania and territory of Kosovo
  • Languages: Serbian, proficient in English.
