As a Key Account Manager DI/IGT/EI, you will drive order intake, sales, and price realization while building strong, long‑term partnerships with key healthcare customers.
Covering a defined territory in Romania, you will be responsible for developing profitable customer relationships and growing the Philips Diagnostic Imaging (DI), Image Guided Therapy (IGT) and Enterprise Informatics (EI), to ensure sustainable business success in your region.

Your role:
Drive order intake, sales performance, and price realization across your assigned territory, with end‑to‑end ownership of customer opportunities.
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of key and strategic hospital accounts through regular on‑site engagement and long‑term relationship building.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across DI/IGT/EI portfolio, aligned with local market needs and growth priorities.
Act as a trusted partner and advisor, navigating complex, non‑linear customer journeys in a dynamic and often ambiguous market environment.
Operate with high autonomy, negotiating independently within defined guidelines and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable results.

Bring several years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally within medical devices, imaging, or capital equipment.
Have proven experience working in clinical and hospital environments, both public and private.
Demonstrate strong ownership, resilience, and ability to drive projects independently, even when conditions change or priorities shift.
Are high‑energy, self‑driven, and action‑oriented, with the persistence to push opportunities forward in complex situations.
Communicate fluently in Romanian and English, and are ready for extensive travel within your assigned region.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross salary range for this role is 162.140 RON – 242.000 RON Annual. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for Sales bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
