The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing strategic customer relationships within the Northeast region. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and expanding key accounts in Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Automotive, Healthcare Device Manufacturing, and related industrial markets. The position supports growth through strategic business development, major account acquisition, and long-term account management.

Head of Sales – Industrial – North America.
Responsibilities and Objectives
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
- Identify, secure, and expand major regional accounts.
- Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Create new business opportunities within target industries.
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Qualify and advance strategic opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and account terms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service teams.
- Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Support national account growth initiatives as needed.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- Required: Minimum 5 years of successful field sales, key account management, or business development experience.
- Required: Proven success developing and securing strategic customer relationships.
- Required: Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively by automobile and air throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and other business events.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer and telephone.
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport product samples, sales materials, and trade show materials up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule
- This position will be remote, but candidate should be located within the Northeast U.S. region.
- Minimum 50% travel throughout the United States and Canada.
- Must be authorized to conduct business travel in both countries and possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
