  • Responsible for the negotiation process with customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and market share for both the customer and the company. Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Promote existing and new products, and assist in completing product launches internally at Mars. Ensure good implementation with quality-assured forecasts and detailed follow-up.
  • Drive category growth cases through good insight-based analyses that benefit the category, customer, and company
  • Be a good colleague—Mars is proud to be a fantastic workplace with a great environment.

To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you have:

You are a goal-oriented person with commercial skills and a desire to lead collaboration between the company and the customer to achieve results. You are analytical with a drive to create development and are passionate about putting the customer first to contribute to growth. Your ability to build trusting relationships and communicate messages makes you a natural network builder both internally and with customers. To identify relevant and profitable opportunities in the market, you will need your analytical approach, economic understanding, and ability to interpret insights and market trends.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to work with recognized global brands in one of the world's largest brand companies.
  • An engaged and supportive team environment with fantastic colleagues.
  • A competitive salary package and benefits.
