As a Key Account Manager at Lamudi, you will:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market analysis and prospecting
- Apply a consultative selling approach to determine your client's needs and customize your pitch and proposals
- Advise clients on using Lamudi’s property marketing solutions to improve their projects
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue
- Build strong relationships across client organizations, from staff to senior management (owner/C-level)
- Provide insights and data to help clients achieve their marketing goals
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and analyses to guide account performance
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Is this you?
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Indonesian or international university.
- 5–6 years of professional experience in Sales Business Development, Account Management, Consulting, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation abilities. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
