Als Key Account Manager m/w/d für Großkunden berichtest du direkt an den Country Manager der Region. Du bist verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung von kommerziellen Strategien innerhalb der Key Accounts (Kieferorthopäden und Allgemeinzahnärzte).
In dieser Rolle steuerst du den Vertrieb der Align-Produkte bei großen und strategisch wichtigen Kunden – durch enge Zusammenarbeit, Practice Development, Key-Account-Management und Service-Initiativen.

Deine Aufgaben als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Align
  • Beratung von Key Accounts zu digitalen Lösungen, Wachstum & Prozessoptimierung.
  • Erreichen der quartals- und jahresbezogenen Umsatzziele.
  • Aufbau & Pflege von Beziehungen zu Top-Kunden und KOLs.
  • Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Programme und Lösungen.
  • Betreuung eines definierten Kundenportfolios + Gewinnung neuer High-Potential-Accounts.
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung strategischer Account-Pläne.
  • Nutzung von Daten & Analytics zur Entscheidungsunterstützung.
  • Produktschulungen zu Invisalign, iTero & digitalen Tools.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams & Koordination von Ressourcen.
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten & mind. 3 Tage Außendienst pro Woche.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
  • Bachelorabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mind. 7 Jahre B2B-Vertriebserfahrung (idealerweise MedTech, Dental, Geräte).
  • Nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge.
  • Business-Know-how (ROI, Cashflow, P&L).
  • Sicher in klinischen Gesprächen zu Invisalign & iTero.
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; CRM-Erfahrung (Salesforce bevorzugt).
  • Gültiger Führerschein & hohe Reisebereitschaft.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years B2B sales experience (ideally MedTech/Dental/Devices)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Business knowledge (ROI, Cashflow, P&L)
  • Comfortable conducting clinical conversations about Invisalign and iTero
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Valid driving license and high willingness to travel
  • Ability to work independently and be field-based at least 3 days per week
