Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall customer business across the PC/HC/B&W categories – from strategy and negotiations (listings, shelf placements, promotions) to execution
Develop and implement customer-specific sales and growth strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all operational and commercial topics
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure optimal results
Co-develop innovative activation initiatives with the Trade Marketing team
Plan and manage targeted sales activities and POS execution with the Field Sales team
Ensure high product availability and customer satisfaction in collaboration with Supply Chain
Analyze customer and market data and derive actions to drive revenue and profitability
Required Qualifications
Experience in Key Account Management or sales within the FMCG environment
Strong understanding of market dynamics, retail, and competition in the Personal Care & Home Care sector
Strong analytical skills and experience working with panel and shopper data
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic and cross-functional thinking mindset
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Category Management or Trade Marketing
High level of initiative and ability to work in dynamic environments
Strong networking skills

Depending on qualifications and professional experience, this position offers a gross annual salary starting at 78.400€ and an attractive annual variable bonus – with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
