Reporting to a supportive and empowering Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers transform their businesses through innovative technology, managed services, software, and workplace solutions.
This is a field-based role, utilising our offices in Warrington, Birmingham and London when required, requiring a consultative, value-led sales approach. Your defined geographic will be the Midlands & North of England and the ideal candidate will be based in this geography.
You will build trusted relationships at all levels within National, European & Global organisations, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, disciplined account planning, excellent relationship building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
ResponsibilitiesAs our Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Revenue Growth & Account Development
- Deliver and exceed annual revenue, profit and growth targets across a designated portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing customers and new prospects.
- Build and execute strategic account plans focused on customer growth, retention, and long-term value creation.
- Maintain a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer engagement.

- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance.

The salary for this role is £42,000-£46,000, depending on experience, plus £52k OTE commission, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package
