Join Neogen as a Key Account Specialist, CEE and play a pivotal role in strengthening strategic customer partnerships across Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region. In this senior-level commercial role, you will work closely with Food Processors and Contract Laboratories, helping them achieve their food safety objectives through tailored Neogen Food Safety Solutions. Your ability to build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven account strategies will directly support customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts, including Food Processors and Contract Laboratories.
  • Engage with stakeholders across customer organisations-including quality, laboratory, procurement, and senior management teams-to understand business needs and position relevant Neogen Food Safety Solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase customer value, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, monitor account performance and KPIs, and use insights from CRM tools such as Salesforce to recommend improvements and support continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the EMEA Corporate Account Team, Professional Services, Marketing, and Customer Support, while monitoring market developments and competitor activity to refine account strategies.

Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management, strategic sales, business development, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience working with, or strong knowledge of, the food processing, food safety, laboratory, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different organisational levels and translate customer needs into effective solutions.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience using performance data and KPIs to manage accounts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Professional fluency in Polish and English, together with the ability to travel as required to support customers and business priorities.
