As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Key Account Executive to build and promote strong and lasting distributor relationships and understand their needs. Achieve and track sales objectives defined and registered on SFDC. Design and implement a strategic business and working plan ensuring strong presence in the Public Sector (CSS) with the Distributor to know the products and their position in relation to the competition. Participate in the drafting/preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans. Leads and inspires distributors to achieve business goals by maintaining constant dialogue and seeking diversity of ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the distributor to maintain business and opportunities within the CSS.

  • Responsible for product and equipment forecasting, installation management and scheduling.

  • Work financial models with business opportunities through CPQ and keep activities up to date.

  • Evaluates sales, revenue and expense reports.

  • Product planning, training, delivery and service in the CSS aligned with the distributor.

  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

  • Internal projects and initiatives.

The Individual

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology; desirable MBA.

  • 3 years of commercial experience in diagnostic health area.

  • Experience supervising, coordinating, organizing individuals and planning resources and budgets.

  • English Intermediate.

  • Ability to evaluate and collect market intelligence information.

  • Quality and responsibility in decision making.

  • Distributor focus and relationship management.

  • Commercial and business insights/intelligence.

  • Negotiation and Influence.

  • Action-oriented, driven result, implementation capability and agility.

  • Adaptability in corporate culture.

  • Flexibility to change.

  • Travel: 20% International, 50% domestic.
