Core Responsibilities
- Sales in - Sales achievement: Manage designate Wholesalers to achieve the Company sales target,
- Sell out - Drive, maximize sell-out, and work closely with Customer Development Partner (CDP on premise) and trade marketing team to achieve sell-out targets.
- Penetration and Distribution: Plan and develop distribution for key categories & products to mirror the market trend
- Assortment Plan: Build the right assortment plan based on the proper understanding of the market landscape in the designed area
- Data analysis: Capable of analyzing sales in and sell out including providing improvement plans and solutions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and coordinate with wholesalers to ensure that the inventory on hand meets the target stock cover for the month.
- Ensure a proper collaboration with the different wholesaler sales force (training, motivation) to develop properly the business
- Market intelligence, market inside, regular weekly market visits and reports
- Monthly business review with Wholesalers & contri ute to the quarterly meetings at regional levels.
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with Whoesalers and different stakeholders for smooth operations
- Order management: Reviewing and receiving purchase orders and resolving transmission errors or product shortage issues. Including managing the order through the system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 8years working experience in sales of consumer products, traditional trade or related on premise field
- Fluency in Thai and English language are required
- Target oriented, dynamic, proactive and independent
- Agile and adaptable outlook with strong influencing communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good understanding of Thai Authorities, alcoholic business regulations and customs
