Key Account Executive Lima (KAE) – Temporal (End date: Enero 2027)

  • Reportes indirectos: Coordinación con proveedor de servicios de marketing de terceros (sin presupuesto asignado) 

  • Ubicación: Lima, Perú 

Haleon Perú se encuentra en búsqueda de un Key Account Executive Mixto (Con predominancia en canal tradicional) para fortalecer y expandir las relaciones comerciales con nuestros clientes estratégicos, asegurando una gestión integral que impulse el crecimiento sostenible del negocio y la correcta ejecución de nuestros planes comerciales. 

El KAE será la cara de la compañía frente al cliente y actuará como punto de enlace entre las áreas internas y los equipos de ejecución en campo. 

Responsabilidades principales 

  • Proponer objetivos de crecimiento de ventas Sell Out, cobertura por canal/cliente y SITS. 

  • Realizar seguimiento continuo del cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas mensuales y anuales. 

  • Monitorear inventarios y Sell In por canal/cliente. 

  • Ejecutar planes comerciales que aseguren la rotación óptima hacia el punto de venta con el mejor ROI. 

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la fuerza de ventas y supervisores del distribuidor. 

  • Liderar la ejecución de planes de promotoría y proyectos específicos del canal. 

  • Revisar próximos vencimientos y proponer actividades para asegurar la rotación del portafolio. 

  • Coordinar y negociar pedidos directamente con clientes o canales donde aplique. 

  • Hacer seguimiento semanal a la cobertura por marca y por distribuidor. 

  • Liderar reuniones mensuales (o según necesidad del negocio) con las fuerzas de ventas del distribuidor y clientes del canal. 

  • Coordinar las liquidaciones de promociones ejecutadas para cumplir con los compromisos de pago. 

  • Participar activamente del Sistema de Gestión de SST de la organización. 

Requisitos 

  • 3+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares en empresas de consumo masivo o retail moderno. 

  • Bachiller en Administración, Ciencias Empresariales, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines. 

  • Manejo de Excel Intermedio. 

  • Idioma Inglés: Intermedio - Avanzado 

  • Competencias clave:  

  • Gestión del negocio 

  • Gestión de relaciones 

  • Gestión y análisis de información 

  • Influencia y liderazgo en terceros
