We are looking for a Key Account Executive - Border Trade to join our new sales team in Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support the growth of Capri-Sun in Sweden by strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new opportunities in the border trade channel
- You support the border trade business by improving store-level visibility, supporting promotional execution and following up on agreed sales activities
- You work with your sales colleagues to implement customer plans and support activities that create value for both Capri-Sun and its customers
- You are responsible for the delivery of sales, profit, distribution and promotional objectives for allocated customers
- You build and maintain direct relationships with selected border trade retailers (e.g. Gottebiten, MaxiMat, etc.)
- You ensure best-in-class in-store execution by:
- Identifying distribution and shelf-space opportunities
- Securing promotional placements and secondary placements
- Ensuring reliable supply chain operations directly to those key retailers
- You plan and negotiate promotional activities:
- Manage promotional calendar planning and execution follow-up
- Monitor volume uplift and support basic profitability tracking
- High-quality brand activations
- You monitor volumes, pricing, competition, placements and promotions, and incorporate your observations to identify more distribution opportunities
- You perform forecasting and reporting for allocated customers by providing timely input on customer activity, risks and opportunities
- You will collaborate closely with KAMs, Customer Service and Supply Planning to align on pricing, promotions and availability
Measure of Success
- Delivery of all internal budgeted volumes, revenue, trade investments and net margin for your allocated customers every quarter.
- Weighted distribution as measured in total distribution points, quality of placement in shelves and planograms, promotional volumes and promo pressure, number and quality of second placements, promotion executions
- Measurement and improving ROI of instore activities and trade investments.
- Forecast accuracy
PROFILE
- First experience in sales, account support or commercial roles, ideally in FMCG, food or beverage
- 1-3 years of account management experience in the country, ideally with experience in the border trade area
- Sound commercial understanding, including pricing, promotions, customer plans and sales reporting
- Open to learning and development, with a structured approach to following through on agreed actions
- Interest in customer development and channel growth
- Able to ask constructive questions and work with customers and internal stakeholders in a collaborative way
- Reliable follow-through and willingness to take responsibility
- Practical approach with a focus on reliable execution
- Clear and inclusive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to connect stakeholders across an organisation and apply a structured approach to commercial tasks and initiatives
- Excellent presentation skills
- Collaborative and self-aware in cross-functional work
- Able to manage priorities and stay calm in busy periods

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of account management or commercial sales experience in-country
- Experience in sales, account support or commercial roles (FMCG/food/beverage preferred)
