We're looking for a relationship-focused Key Account Director to join our team in Denmark, helping some of our most valued clients maximise the impact of learning and development across their organisations.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, building trusted partnerships that drive long-term growth and exceptional client experiences.

You'll also drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and converting prospective customers. Using a blend of proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building, you'll create opportunities, win new business and develop lasting client partnerships.

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and understand what matters most to their business and identify and develop new opportunities within your accounts
  • Identify, create and convert new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking and relationship building to win new customers and drive sustainable growth.
  • Grow multi-year partnerships that create value for both clients and Insights
  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Client Services, Delivery, Finance and Legal to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Position learning solutions that help organisations develop their people and achieve their goals
  • Engage confidently with senior leaders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate account activity using our CRM systems
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including pre and post workshop coordination
  • Consistently achieve sales, revenue and growth targets

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Experience in account management, customer success, sales, consulting or a client-facing commercial role
  • Proven experience identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • A track record of growing and developing customer relationships
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial curiosity and an eye for spotting opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, HR Tech, Consulting or a similar industry would be a bonus

Based in Aarhus

This role is based in our Aarhus office, where personal connection is a big part of how we work. Our Denmark team enjoys spending time together, whether that's collaborating on opportunities, sharing ideas, solving challenges or catching up over lunch. The local culture is social, supportive and highly collaborative, and we believe some of our best work happens when we're together.

We offer flexibility, but a regular weekly presence in the Aarhus office is an important part of this role, helping you build relationships, stay connected to the team and contribute to our strong local culture.

Skills Required
