What are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player who is proactive, curious, and thrives on creating value through collaboration and coordination. Ideally, you have:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience from a similar role within FMCG or a commercial organization is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with a passion for turning data into insights
  • Confidence in working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English, and a Nordic language is a strong advantage

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Act as the coordination link between the Key Account team, field sales, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on activities
  • Support planning and execution of campaigns, sales cycles, and account initiatives in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales Support
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, by participating in meetings and ensuring effective collaboration
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Use sales data and field input to identify opportunities, improve execution, and support sustainable growth
  • Be a trusted support function to the Key Account Managers and field teams, contributing to both business and team success
