We are looking for a Key Account and E-Commerce Specialist with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative ideas that make a difference to join our growing team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management and E-Commerce Management within a similar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- No restrictions on domestic travel.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- Manage all communication and coordination between the company and key accounts.
- Ensure that key accounts operate in accordance with contractual terms and annual agreements.
- Oversee store and shelf management, product placement, personnel planning, and promotional activities in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage product sales through e-commerce platforms in line with existing and future agreements, and implement initiatives to increase sales performance.
- Plan and report daily sales activities and customer visits for key accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor sales, order processing, logistics, payment, and campaign operations to ensure seamless business processes.
