As part of the global deployment of Kering Group's finance solutions, we are launching transformation projects impacting several brands across many countries. Within Kering Technologies, the IT department of Kering that consolidates technical resources and projects for all brands, your mission will be to contribute to the Finance Purchase to Pay team. Under the supervision of the Purchase to Pay Manager, you will handle the functional, technical, and human aspects related to this role.
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Finance IT/SAP Solution Expert (H/F) to join the Kering Technology Finance team in the Purchase to Pay domain.
As a Finance IT/SAP Expert within Kering Technologies, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the Kering Technology Finance team (over 30 internal and external members) within the 5-person Purchase to Pay domain. You will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to optimize and maintain the IT/SAP P2P systems at a global level. Your mission will be to ensure the coherence and efficiency of processes, aligning them with the company's objectives and industry best practices. You will work closely with all areas of the Kering Technology team and the business teams of all Kering group brands worldwide to understand their specific needs and adapt the IT/SAP P2P solutions accordingly.
How you will contribute
As a recognized expert, you will actively guide the projects, evolutions, and maintenance of IT/SAP systems. You will rely on a positive and collaborative working environment within the team while ensuring the development of individual and collective skills. Your main responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end lifecycle of SAP/IT projects and applications
Acting as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional activities such as design, build, testing, defect resolution, release...
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with the company’s governance and road map
Supporting change management trough training, documentation and knowledge transfer sharing within the organization
Ensuring clear, structured, and high-quality reporting to provide visibility on project progress, key issues, and next steps
Following up on project actions and deliverables to ensure timely progress and proper ownership within teams
Who you are
You hold a master’s degree with a specialization in corporate finance, information systems, or a related field
You are fluent in English, proficiency in Italian/French would be assets
You have experience in IT/SAP FI-CO in both technical and functional roles
You have experience in budget management and in vendor management
You have a solid understanding of fundamental Purchase to Pay processes
Experience with the Esker, TESI, SocialNed softwares would be a plus
You have a strong interest for technological tools and challenges
You have demonstrated the ability to understand and synthesize complex issues
You are keen on proposing innovative solutions and solve problems
