HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Recruitment
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and skillfully present candidate match & value to hiring team. Utilize your strength and passion in generating candidates by leveraging all advanced recruiting tools, resources and techniques to identify and acquire top talent.
- Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate’s motivation.
- Contribute to social media efforts and positively promote the Kering brand.
- Assist in building/creating talent acquisition value proposition and strategy.
- Assist in continuous improvement and ongoing development to refine and increase the quality of processes, search delivery and diversity of slates
- Other responsibilities and projects as needed
Advise and Lead
- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders
- Provide hiring teams expert guidance, consultation and training on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, market data and best practices.
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
- Accurately manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity for reporting.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of professional level full cycle recruiting experience required
- Previous recruitment experience utilizing sourcing and candidate engagement recruitment tools/technologies including workday, LinkedIn recruiter or related CRM program.
- Preferred candidate will have a mix of agency, business and corporate recruitment experience
- Project management applicable knowledge preferred
