Job Description
Your opportunity
The HR intern (Talent) will assist in supporting all the talent acquisition and talent development initiatives, and performance management processes.
How you will contribute
Talent Acquisition & Branding
-
Support talent acquisition programmes and employer branding initiatives to promote the Company being the great place to work.

Assist the use Talent Acquisition tools to drive recruitment analytics and reporting for improvements.
Talent Development
-
Assist to implement talent development initiatives such as development programmes, talent skills gap assessment and other talent projects etc.

Assist talent mobility initiatives within the Company.
Performance Management
-
Assist to implement performance review process which includes performance management cycle, goals setting, feedback for recognition and performance excellence, and learning programmes.

Assist to analyse key performance indicators of employees to assess talent effectiveness and identify areas of improvements.
Talent System, Data and Reporting
-
Assist to drive adoption of talent systems (e.g. Talent Match) to support global digitalization.

Assist to analyse data to identify trends and insights to better engage stakeholders on talent programmes.
Who you are?
-
Undergraduate in Arts/Humanities, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
-
Able to work in fast-paced environment with can-do spirit.

Good communication skills with analytical mind.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
