This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Building procurement processes for the needs of PM team , client, marketing, IT and admin departments., including comparison schedules for awarding contracts or order.
- Support administration of contracts with internal QS.
- Leading the team of 2 people with potential to grow the department.
- Responsibility for cost-savings for the company in the area of responsibility.
- Automation of procurement processes in SAP.
- Lead contract negotiations with contractors & suppliers.
- Ensure an appropriate procurement strategy is established for each procurement that achieves the best value and meets external and internal regulations.
Requirements for the position:
- Degree or qualified through experience in Supply Chain management with a multi-national environment at world class standards is a must.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Proven track record in a supply chain role, ideally with Group or multi-site responsibility.
- Proven strategic sourcing, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, communicative, open-minded, result-oriented character.
- Financial literacy and proven commercial acumen & the ability to develop and monitor budgets
- English Language is a must, Russian and Greek will be considered as an advantage
