This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control strategies for the organization
- Develop and maintain contract management policies and procedures
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a cost estimation and forecasting system
- Identify potential cost savings opportunities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Manage a team of cost and contract professionals
- Participate on Financial reports/plans
- Participate on Business Plans (Financial knowledge)
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or or related discipline
- Management experience is strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of construction processes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). The Greek or Russian languages will be considered as an advantage
