The role ensures partner relationship strategy is executed and followed and ensures the partnership is contractually in compliance and commercially well managed and key KPIs (financial, quality, process performance) transparently driven forward. The role also supports KBS Performance and Value management Lead with controlling and value management activities (reporting and interpreting performance data, KBS operational efficiency reporting, KBS value business cases creation etc.)
Main responsibilities:
- Managing commercial partner relationship of KBS external partners
- Ensuring that agreements with external partners are properly maintained and updated, communicating agreement obligations to all relevant stakeholders, coordinating, preparing, and conducting commercial negotiations in collaboration with KONE Sourcing/Legal
- Contract Change requests gatekeeping, preparation and coordinating of approval and signature process
- Overseeing and controlling of external partners invoicing to KONE, invoice review and verification
- Supporting the Lead on financial reporting, financial analysis and KBS business value reporting
What would you need to be successful in this role?
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to partner with external partners and KBS stakeholders in multicultural environment
- Experience in managing commercial and contractual aspects of partnerships, including negotiation and contract change requests drafting
- Experience in managing and resolving conflicts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Skills in risk management, particularly in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset to understand and interpret financial and other data, identify trends, root-cause and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business value (storytelling)
- Very good spoken and written English
- Experience in international matrix organization would be a plus
We offer you the basic salary starting from 3.800 Eur/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
