The Role:
 
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Partner Relations team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment with learning and growing opportunities. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value 
  • Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support 
  • Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly 
  • Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services 
  • Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners 
  • Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts 
  • Undertake any other relevant task as assigned 

Main requirements:

  • Degree in any business-related field
  • Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent Kazakh speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English
  • Reliable, with integrity of character
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Valid work permit required
