IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

In Ihrer Rolle unterstützen Sie die Ihnen zugewiesenen Projekt-Meisterbereiche bei der Koordination und Planung der Aufgaben im Zuständigkeitsbereich

Zur Gewährleistung einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung pflegen Sie auftragsbezogene Montageakten sowie technische Anlagen- und Kundenstammdaten
-
Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Beschaffung von Material und Werkzeugen auf Grundlage von Angeboten zuständig.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Rechnungsprüfung und Buchung von Wareneingängen
-
Darüber hinaus planen und koordinieren Sie Abnahmen durch die zugelassene Überwachungsstelle (ZÜS)
-
Des Weiteren fungieren Sie als Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden und Monteure
VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR IHREN ERFOLG

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und technisches Verständnis mit
-
Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt

Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie versiert

Darüber hinaus begeistern Sie durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Ihre ausgeprägte Kunden- sowie Serviceorientierung

Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus

Außerdem haben Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
