MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Create the strategic annual plan for each account, taking in consideration the expected growth for the country, channel & categories and the negotiations with the main accounts.
Plan the annual sales of each key account in order to meet the expectations of the client and at the same time achieve the growth rate defined by the company.
Develop and manage the Annual Investment Plan for each account, in order to achieve the agreed growth aligned with the goals of each customer profitability.
Conduct negotiations with customers, in order to reach trade agreements that benefit both parties and to achieve the objectives of volume and profitability of each account.
Run and track growth plans signed with each client in conjunction with category managers of each customer, in order to meet regional sales strategy agreed with the customer.
Analyze reports and statistics on trends in domestic sales (MDLZ Sell-In) and external (Sell-Out for the key accounts) of categories / products for readjusting Sales Plan for each account.
Prepare conciliation of credit notes vs. provisions for each of the accounts to keep the portfolio and credit loans updated.
Forecasting Process: Actively participate in the forecasting process and along with logistic (Demand Planner), verify numbers from previous years, actual numbers, sales trends, sales programs, consumers programs, brands supports and with his input get the most accuracy estimated by SKU and distribution channels, to ensure the correct product volume according to timings negotiated to accomplish with the trade pullout needs.
Accomplish with all company's controlling processes to secure a correct way of driving each business.
