POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Elementary Coordinator/Director is a leader of leaders who helps carry out the vision of Ridge Kids by equipping volunteers and partnering with parents to disciple the next generation of children to know, grow, and serve Jesus.

- Recruit, train, develop volunteers and build healthy teams
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of elementary programming on Sundays
- Review and edit curriculum used to teach on Sunday
- Maintain consistent communication with parents, volunteers, and staff
- Help implement ministry policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Ridge Kids team in planning and executing various ministry environments, events, retreats, and outreach opportunities
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

- Capable team leader and multiplier of people
- Demonstrates initiative, organization, teachability, humility, and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced ministry environment
- Works well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Passionate about partnering with parents and families
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of three years of ministry, education or related leadership experience preferred
